Office Manager

We are seeking for an Office Manager who is a highly motivated and experienced person. The candidate should be self-motivated and comfortable handling a broad array of tasks. In addition, this person must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, remaining flexible, organized, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond to all of the operational needs of the management team
  • Manage accounts receivable: creating invoices, processing credit card and check payments, and making bank deposits
  •  Answer phones and provide general information along with an assistant.
  •  Oversee and maintain the appearance and upkeep of the center and its technology
  • Organize screening and interviewing of potential employees
  • Oversee and organize all safety procedures
  •  Communicate with China manufacturing team regarding the specific need from customer

Requirements:

  • Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) preferred
  • A self motivated and experienced individual who is detail oriented, good at organizing, setting up priorities and managing multiple tasks.
  • Experience with manufacturing organization a plus.
  • Able to work independently with little or no supervision.
  • Should be able to communicate in a clear and concise manner.
  • Professional demeanor and positive attitude required
  • Ability to look at tasks and think of possible solutions not problems.
  • Experience as an office manager minimum of 3 years
  • Experience using quick books for at least 2 years.
  • Must be flexible and detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task, anticipate and prioritize well
  • Must be able to perform duties accurately in a timely fashion
  • High level of confidentiality regarding company information
  • Dependable and punctual
  • Solid references from previous employers
  • Must be able to pass a thorough background check including drug, criminal

Budget Analyst

Our established company is based in Pasadena with a factory in China is currently looking for a budget Analyst. This is a great opportunity for a person who wants to grow within our business. You must be a team player, enjoy working with people, and have excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Perform regular and special budgeting and forecasting report and also in charge of global budget preparation and forecasting
  • Oversee and coordinate the budget process of subsidiary in China and reconcile orders and invoices
  • Analyze monthly department budgets and accounting reports to maintain expenditure controls
  • Prepare monthly financial analysis and accruals for proper month end closing and be responsible for the completeness of budget estimates and compliance with the regulations.
  • Using the cost-benefit analysis to evaluate operation program and investment opportunity
  • creating budget reports, data input, reviewing budgets for overages and discrepancies, and preparing audit schedules
  • Compile and analyze monthly accounting records and other data
  • Review operation budgets to analyze trends affecting budget needs
  • Summarize budgets and submit recommendations for the approval or disapproval of funds requests;
  • Assist with year-end financial review and operation review.
  • Assist in systems implementation
  • Provide advice and technical assistance with cost analysis, fiscal allocation, and budget preparation;
  • helps to determine the financial resources required to implement programs and makes recommendations for budget allocations

Requirements:

  • B.S. Degree in Accounting, 5+ years of related work as a budget analyst.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in financial and accounting area. Previous experience in Quickbooks preferred.
  • Must have excellent reconciliation and analytical skills.
  • Responsive oral and written communication skills.
  • Must be self-motivated, organized, and a great project manager
  • Supervisory experience required.

  • Assist in handling International/Domestic shipping; Maintain shipping supplies
  • Assists with other administrative tasks as requested

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma Required
  • 1-2 years experience in a similar capacity strongly preferred
  • Customer service oriented
  • Has a welcoming disposition
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to take initiative and work independently
  • Attention to detail is a must
  • Demonstrated ability to be a flexible team player
  • Proven ability to effectively multi-task and prioritize
