Delivery Time
Most orders placed by 2pm PST are shipped the same business day (M-F) or within 1-2 business days from the date the order was placed.
Please verify your shipping address before you submit your order to ensure the quickest possible delivery.

Pricing
Shipping charges are based on the total weight of your order and you will only be charged one low delivery price.
Some shipping quotes given online are not necessarily accurate and may need to be recalculated manually. This most commonly occurs with orders shipped outside the 48 contiguous states, orders shipped to APO/FPO addresses or orders including bulk/oversized items.
In the event of any additional shipping charges or alterations to your shipping total, we will attempt to contact you and your order will be held pending your approval of any changes.

Shipping Methods
For most orders, we ship using UPS or USPS Ground Service for domestic shipments within the 48 contiguous States.
Common Carrier transportation may be required for domestic shipments which are oversized, overweight, or need some type of special handling. In these instances our delivery agent will contact you to schedule delivery.

Shipping Specials
On occasion, starfibers.com may offer shipping promotions, such as free or discounted shipping. Whether immediately stated or not, these specials are only available within the contiguous 48 states and always exclude Hawaii, Alaska, and any of the US territories outside the continental United States.

Starfibers.com collects the email addresses and contact information of those who choose to receive our email newsletters or complete a merchandise order. The information we collect is used for internal review and is then discarded, used to improve the content of our website, and used to notify consumers about updates to our Website. Starfibers.com will not sell your email address to another company, nor do we make our email database available to the public. If you have selected to subscribe to one our our e-mail newsletters you can unsubscribe at any time.

Starfibers.com, like most Web sites, uses a feature of your browser to set a "cookie" on your computer. We cannot tell your name or any personal information about you based solely on the cookie. Unless you specifically tell us your name and other identifying information, we will never know who you are. All the cookie tells us is what functions you perform when you are on the site so that we can keep track of your transaction. Return Policy

Return Policy
starfibers.com gladly accepts returns on all new merchandise.

Note that all returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please try to include all original packaging, manuals, and ancillary materials in order to avoid being penalized.

Reimbursement eligibility for returns is as follows:

    * Within 15 days of invoice date: full refund, less any restocking fees
    * After 15 days of invoice date: no refunds or returns after 15 days

Refunds will be given on items only and excludes labor or installation charges, shipping, or any other charges. All items must be returned in the original package, cannot be damaged or installed, and must be in original condition. All returned items must be sent freight prepaid and are subject to a re-boxing fee.

Certain items are not returnable, including but not limited to electrical items, items made to order, and closeouts.

Customer returns for items received as part of a "free shipping" offer will be credited for the amount of the returned items less actual outbound shipping charges paid by us and any restocking fee that may apply.

Return Procedure
For all returns, please call 1-562-663-1730 during business hours (9am - 5pm Mon - Fri PST). Provide a specific reason for your return, and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

When packaging your items for shipping, write the RMA number on the outside packaging in large, easily visible letters, and include a copy of the original invoice in the package.

We strongly recommend packing any items with fragile components with sufficient padding. Note that we are not responsible for products being returned to us that are damaged mid-shipment.

Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipment of the order, within 24 hours of the time your order was placed. Orders canceled after 24 hours prior to shipment are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be subtracted from the credit amount issued to your credit card or account. To cancel an order please call 1-562-663-1730.

Warranty Policy
Starfibers.com guarantees the workmanship of the products sold for a period of 30 days from date of receipt. If you have received a defective product, please review the manufacturer information included with your new product.  Starfibers.com guarantees the quality of its microfiber base products and will replace the base free over its lifetime.  All we ask is that you pay for shipping and receiving to cover the transportation of the item.

Product Pricing Policy
While Starfibers.com and our affiliates do our best to ensure that the information viewed on our website is as accurate and error-free as possible, mistakes do occur. We do not warrant that product descriptions, and all other content of this website to be entirely accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

Additionally, barring any pricing inaccuracies, items in your shopping cart should always reflect the most recent price, as is also displayed on the item's product detail page. Please note that this price may differ from the price shown for the item when you first place it in your cart.

With respect to items sold by Starfibers.com, we cannot confirm the price of an item until you order. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog or on our website may be mis-priced. In the event of a pricing inaccuracy, we will proceed at our discretion as follows:

   1. If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and ship you the item.
   2. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will take one of the following actions:
   3. Your order will be held, and we will attempt to contact you for further instruction regarding you order
   4. Your order will be cancelled, and we will notify you of the cancellation immediately

Also note that purchases from third-party sellers using starfibers.com payments are charged at the time you place your order, and third-party sellers may follow different policies in the event of a mis-priced item.
